Rachel is qualified instructor who focuses on individual corrections! Often Pilates basics can be overlooked in busy classes, small corrections get missed which can lead to further pain and risk of injury. We focus on the basics taking time to learn how to do the Pilates method giving individual feedback to improve posture, reducing pain and better mobility.
