Hi, I’m Phyllis Whyte and I offer a variety of fitness classes at the Dunblane Centre for all ages and fitness levels ranging from Tone, Step, to Rip/Body Pump!

I’ve added a Senior Fitness Toning class to the timetable (low impact toning movements 45mins), every Monday (£4) 11:15-12pm, at The Dunblane Centre. Not too strenuous, easy on the joints but will get that heart pumping! Why not come along? All abilities are very welcome.
