“SMASHING IT AFTER 60/70” You’re never to old to give up on training your Basic Strength and stay fit for life👍 This is Bonnie Macgregor one of our Senior Athletes and she just doesn’t give up, she is still Deadlifting, Squating, Benching etc and loving every minute of it 👍 Here at Elite Fitness Coach in Dunblane, no one is to young or old to start training with us 💪

This picture was taken at the top of the Col Du Tourmalet on the epic “Raid Pyrenean”, The challenge: to cycle from the Atlantic coast to the Mediterranean coast over the Pyrenees 735km, 12,840m in less than 100hrs Michael Speed ,Gareth Trainor and Keith Ewing what a trip👍

Sometimes after an injury it’s a great opportunity to get back to basics with your exercises, lifts etc and even end up in a far stronger place than you were previously. This is Eilidh Bell 3 months after her knee operation. She is coming back super strong and aiming to return to competitive running asap. There’s no holding this girl back, watch this space 👍

What a girl!! Val Storrie going over the finish line having just completed two back to back marathons round Arran and over the surrounding mountain ranges. She also had not been able to train for the last three weeks due to recovering from COVID 😳 Hats off to you Val, back to training next week 😂

And she’s off!! Val Storrie having just left the start line this morning on her 2 day double marathon attempt round the Isle of Arran in support of “The Brain Tumour Charity” 👍 She has put in a massive amount of hard work over the last few months, never mind being unwell the last few weeks, this is one gritty lady 💪💪
