🏆 **WHAT A NIGHT AT DUNBAR SQUASH CLUB!** 🏆

The court was on fire tonight for the Club Championship finals! 🔥

We saw incredible athleticism, grit, and some seriously top-tier squash.

Here’s how the big clashes went down:

⚔️ **Si vs. Tim**

An absolute battle from start to finish! Tim took the win 3-0, but don't let the scorecard fool you—every single game was a razor-thin, edge-of-your-seat affair. Brilliant effort from both men!

⚔️ **Callum vs. Jane**

Callum took a commanding 3-0 victory against Jane. All those hours on court and top-notch coaching are seriously paying off—his game is hitting a whole new level! 📈

🙌 A massive shoutout and thank you to **James Cunningham** for organising the finals.

What a perfect way to bring in the championship.

*Court Booking System is now LIVE*

An exciting new addition to DSC.

Dear all,

We are delighted to let you know that SportyHQ court booking system is now live and New Hallhill Sports Centre are on board and have the instructions.

All courts should now be booked (and cancelled) via www.sportyhq.com

If you need to cancel a court, this should be done up to 24 hours in advance or you will still need to pay the court fees to Hallhill.

Anyone that is currently in the paper book at Hallhill has been booked into the SportyHQ so no need to book again.

One thing to note when you are booking, make sure you book a '60 minutes' slot and not a 30 as per the instructions attached.

Lots of progress at Dunbar Squash Club today. All new signage is up thanks to Signman. Lights replaced where faulty and all netting secured to stop losing balls 😀. Onward and upward and more to come.

Dunbar Squash Club is officially being promoted after our win tonight against Deer Park. Another hard fought battle but we accumulated 18 points which puts us in 2nd place. Well done to all players and opponents for a great season. 😀

This Tuesday sees our final game of the season against Deer Park. This is the game that will decide if we get promoted or go into the playoffs on Saturday the 28th.

Home game at 7pm Tuesday the 24th.

Short match report.

A very hard battle against Dalgety Bay last night. They had their strongest team out for sure. We managed to pick up 5 points but they walked away with 18.

A great night had by all and of course topped off with a Dominos and some table football ⚽ 😀.

Still all to play for guys. 2 games to go.

Ross opened the night with a bang, dominating the first game **15–5** and setting the tone early.
The second followed the same pattern, and unfortunately David had to withdraw due to injury.
A strong start and the first point on the board for Dunbar.

Jane came out absolutely flying — composed, clinical, and ruthless.
Tight drops, solid length, and total control throughout the rallies.
A brilliant performance to push Dunbar into a **2–0** lead.

**3–0**

David put up a serious fight, especially in the second game, but Tim kept finding the big shots exactly when needed.
Confident, calm, and decisive — Tim’s win sent Dunbar storming ahead **3–0 on the night**.

The showstopper.
This was the one everyone will be talking about.

James delivered an unforgettable performance, with the crowd glued to every rally.
Lightning‑fast court coverage, attacking winners from impossible positions — he was relentless.
Jake pushed hard and forced it into a fifth, but James rose above every moment of pressure.

Chris started strongly, but Pete just got better and better as the match went on.
Once he settled into rhythm, he took full control, powering through the games with confidence.
