Tae Kwon Do & Kickboxing Classes:
Mini Ninjas 3 - 6 yrs old, Juniors 7 - 9 yrs old, Youths 10 - 12 yrs old, Seniors 13+ yrs old
Martial arts students relish returning to each week. Fun and invigorating classes all students relish returning to a guarantee. Come and work you way towards black belt and beyond on to dan level. Twice yearly tournaments:
*Tae Kwon Do tournament in June.
*Sparring Champi

onships in Dec. (Both held in Dumfries)

Gradings for next belt twice per year. Opportunity to travel and compete in national and inter-national tournaments all part of being a student. Member of the FSKA (british body) and affiliated to the WKC (world body)

Chief Instructor David Gauld is also a qualified fitness instructor and boxing coach with a business degree. He has been working with children since the age of 19 in many ways including in primary schools in areas of behaviour support & others. Book in for one of the following classes:

On Sunday the Comp Team travelled to the Braehead Arena to compete in the WKU Scottish International Open.
The competition brought teams from as far as Belgium.
These talented individuals done extremely well bringing home:
2 golds
2 silver
3 bronze

Highlighted with Amy in her first tournament earning the two gold medals.

This evening a Dan level grading took place in the dojo.

Unbelievably proud of the five students that were outstanding in their efforts and thoroughly deserved the accolades achieved.

These seniors through many years of training have always been committed, had excellent attendance and through a lot of hard work reached very high levels in technique, strength and fitness.
