💪🏼 WOMEN... DON'T BE SCARED TO LIFT WEIGHTS!

One of the biggest myths we still hear is:

“I don't want to lift weights because I don't want to get bulky.”

But here's the truth... 👇🏼

✨ Building muscle is what gives you that “toned” look!

When you say you want to look toned, defined, shapely or sculpted, what you're actually looking for is muscle definition.

Muscle helps create shape. It can build your glutes, shape your legs, define your arms and shoulders and give you that strong, athletic look so many women are working towards.

And no... you are NOT going to accidentally wake up one day looking bulky! 😂 Building a significant amount of muscle takes years of dedicated training, consistency, progressive overload and the right nutrition. It doesn't happen overnight, and it certainly doesn't happen by picking up a few heavier dumbbells!

So don't be afraid to challenge yourself. 💪🏼
