Hi folks, we are back training twice a week, Mondays and Wednesdays from 19:10 to 20:10 at Gillbrae house on Georgetown road, Halliday hall is round the back. Would be great to see old and new students. Come and have a go first night free.

Hi Guys not been on here for a while looks like we won’t be back for a while things seem to be taking a turn for the worst again . So please stay safe and keep your families save as soon as possible we will be opening up. When The Scottish Karate Association say it ok to do so we will be open .In mean time stay safe

Hi Guys hope everyone is staying safe and going along with the government’s advice . To keep your training up use you tube videos all the shotokan Katas are on you tube .so you can do these in your house,Garden Garage this will give you your daily exercise. Hope to see you all soon stay strong 💪🤜👊🏻🥋
