After 6 years, I was a little overwhelmed but the excitement to see you all took over and I booked the Loreburn Hall.

It's been a while but I've decided to reignite some services I once delivered at Fairy Bod Mother but on an international level.

Over the next few weeks I'll be launching my online Buttkick programme AND offering Project One (my weight management guide!)

Some of you may know the success stories we had at Fairy Bod Mother and others not. At Fairy Bod Mother we didn't preach short term faddy diets, we preached long term lifestyle changes and physiological education.

And here we are! On to the last week of this block and hasnt it been a cracker?!

Week one I LOVED seeing y'all and Melva has loved having you all to herself the rest of the weeks.

As you all know, things are a little different for me now and im gutted to have to tell you thats this week will be the last week that Fairy will be taking classes in CD. It's so so sad after so many amazing years but I feel the time has come to hand you over to someone that can be there for you.

After big chats with myself, I have decided to hand the slot over to Melva. Melva is amazing, works hard, loves you all and most importantly, I trust her to look after you as well as I have.

Melva will start her classes next week but please keep in touch with me, I'll miss you all ever so much and maybe on my next trip back I could come and see y'all?🙏
