✨ Behind every BIG vault is a little gymnast learning the basics! 🤸‍♀️💪

Those big vaults all start with the littlest of gymnasts working on their running technique and getting to grips with the springy springboard!🏃‍♀️✨

A huge well done to our Advanced Pre-Schoolers Lily, Violet & Florence, who worked super hard throughout their session! We’re so proud of you! 💕👏

✨ How much fun can you have in one pre-school gymnastics session?!✨

The answer? A whole bunch!🥰💛

Yesterday, our little gymnasts had so much fun exploring our Goldilocks & the Three Bears themed circuit! 🐻🌳

From stirring the porridge to taking a stroll through the woods, there was plenty of fun, adventure and gymnastics along the way! 🤸‍♀️✨

We’re already excited for our next sessions tomorrow at Dumfries!💛

Our ASN class is a fun, supportive and welcoming gymnastics session designed especially for preschool children who may benefit from a quieter, more flexible environment and a little extra support. 🥰

Through movement, play and sensory exploration, children can develop skills such as:

🤸‍♀️ Balance & coordination
🧠 Body awareness & spatial awareness
💪 Strength & confidence
👣 Movement, running & rolling
✨ Sensory exploration & engagement
🎯 Focus, confidence & independence
💜 And most importantly… having fun and enjoying being active!

🌈 NEW FOR THIS TERM — OUR GLOW ZONE! 🌈

We’ve introduced a brand-new Glow Zone, creating a calm, soothing space where children can unwind, explore and regulate after all their adventures in the gym.

With glowing lights, sensory elements and our bubble lamp, it offers a lovely opportunity for children to slow down and enjoy a more peaceful sensory experience. ✨💜

Every child is different, and that’s exactly what makes our ASN class special. We follow each child’s needs, interests and pace, helping them to explore, discover and grow in their own way. 🥰
