Have you heard about The World Groove Movement?

Groove is a dance fitness class where you will be guided in very simple steps which you get to move in your own unique way. You can’t get it wrong, as long as it feels good in your body then you are doing it just right.

We have fun with lots of different styles and genres of music.

Regular Grooving gives you the chance to improve your balance, coordination, strength, cardio and flexibility but without feeling like you are doing a boring workout.

Find freedom in your body and find your way to move.

Honestly, if you have ever enjoyed dancing but feel like you can’t keep up with fancy choreo and complicated steps Groove is perfect for you.

As one of my Groovers once said ‘It’s like dancing on a night out! I was scared I wouldn’t know what to do but this is great fun!’

Your local Groove class is held every Tuesday at 6pm at the Ultimate Dance Effect Studio on Whitesands, Dumfries.

Hello everyone 👋🌼

I hope you had a nice weekend!

I spent yesterday celebrating the summer solstice, dunking in the river and cooking food on a campfire. 🌞 It was so nice.

Did you celebrate the solstice? I’d love to hear what you did to mark the occasion.

We will keep it going by doing some Sun salutations in this week’s yoga classes. 🌞

There are just 2 weeks of classes left before the summer break.
