Oh my gosh! I don’t think I even have the words to describe what a fun and magical weekend I had meeting up with other Groove facilitators from across the UK.🥰

We danced, we laughed, we Grooved each other and we attended 2 amazing public outdoor Groove classes led by Groove with Melanie 🤩

Dancing into dusk at the dramatic Tynemouth Priory and Castle and the next day on Tynemouth Beach in the glorious sunshine are experiences I will not forget! 🌞

This will be a wonderful yoga event which I wish I could go along to but I'm on a course that day.

Please support it if you love yoga and would like to raise funds for Nepal.

Offerings from 4 amazing local yoga teachers and a great cause too! It really will be a lovely event to attend.

Today is the last day to get Early Bird Tickets for this amazing Wellness Festival happening in Dumfries on 17th October!

This will be a full day of wellness activities, talks, stalls and classes including Yoga, Pilates, Les Mills, line dancing, Tai Chi. There will be ice baths and sound baths!

And I am honoured to be presenting Groove for the final session in the movement zone before the evening closes with a live DJ and a Dark Skies event!

Hi 👋

Thank you to every single one of you who have been along to my classes lately. The weeks have flown by since we came back and both yoga classes have been busier than ever!

I have just listed our next block of classes - both yoga and Groove! We will be continuing on until mid October when I will take a 2 week break.

All classes are now open for bookings! You can pay as you go or choose the class pass option. Any questions please just ask.

And new people are very welcome!
