On the 29th of August 2026, a group of us are going to be taking part in a 24 hour challenge where we are going to attempt to lift 1500000kg and run 234mile

We are doing this challenge to raise money for prostate cancer.

One of the members business partners and close friend has recently been diagnosed with stage 4 prostate cancer which has aggressively spread into his bones. So all donations will be going to prostate Scotland.

We will also be running the 234 miles in memory of David Parrish, who sadly passed away attempting to beat the record time on the cape wrath trail.

We will be starting at 6am Saturday 29th and finishing at 6am on the Sunday 30th. The group will be lifting and running continuously to reach their goal.

If anyone would like to come support us on the day please come along to Qfitness and keep us motivated!

Servings: 9
Calories: 215
Protein: 11.6g
Carbs: 39.6g
Fat: 13.1g

Ingredients

130g White Flour
50g Whey Protein Powder Vanilla Flavour
150g Pure Via Stevia
30g Cocoa Powder
3x Large eggs
200g Fat Free Authentic Greek Yoghurt
50g White Chocolate Chips
100g Milk Chocolate Chips

Method

•Add all dry ingredients to a bowl and mix (apart from chocolate chips)

•Then add all wet ingredients to the dry mix and mix.

•Now add chocolate chips and fold

•Put into a brownie tray and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees

Now enjoy!
