Just a wee friendly notice to all trainees. Being late, not showing up (without informing management and/or with no good reason), not taking part in warm ups and not even attempting some of the trainers instrutions will not do you any favours. You need to dedicate yourselves 100% to this if you want to become a professional wrestler. You've got a good team around you, take advantage of it. A good chunck of the lads are putting thier asses in while a few aren't and they are going to fall behind fast. Effort, effort, effort. - Showcase Wrestling Management

We are main eventing a charity show on the 2nd June guys. The top 3 performers (not necessarily physically) over the next 2 weeks will get the chance to come along and help out!

Right guys, for anyone not signed up yet. Get to AA Fitness ASAP. It is possible to get it done on Saturday when you come along but the gym would prefer it done before!

Showcase Wrestling training at AA Fitness starts May 19th

Ladies and Gents, Showcase Wrestling training will start on Saturday 19th May 2012 with SKY TV star Dickie Divers at 11an and run through till 2pm every week.. AA Fitness is the venue and all trainees are urged to go into AA Fitness before the 19th to register with the class or we cannot guarantee you a space on the sessions. As you can all see, training is about to get up and started again, I anticipate the start within 4 weeks come this Saturday. Sessions will run from 11-2 at AA Fitness on Irving Street in Dumfries. Our new head trainer, Dickie Divers, has been announced via our poster. We would like to welcome Dickie to the Showcase Wrestling team. Hes a great lad and easy to get on with, you'll certainly share more than a few laughs with him along the way. He's an experienced man and has worked with every major promotion in Scotland and can currently be caught on My Channel on SKY TV wrestling for Insane Championship Wrestling, every Saturday morning at 1am. Listen carefully to Dickie Divers in class and he will start you on your path to work within the professional wrestling indutry, it's going to be a long hard road full of hard graft, blood, sweat and tears but the moments you will have should live with you for the rest of your life... LETS GET IT ON!

On a side note, get this page pumped to anyone you think may be interested in learning the ropes in pro wrestling, be it as a wrestler, manager or even a referee. The more the merrier!
