Unfortunately Jamie is leaving us as he heads to Stirling for a full time Physiotherapist position in the NHS. Jamie was looking for a job closer to home and wanting to grow his private business but due to the lack of job opportunities in D&G for him, he’s had to move.

Just wanted to thank Jamie for all his efforts and commitment over the last year or so. He’s been a great asset to the team and will be sorely missed.

How to make the most of the gym!

Most people get caught up in the fancy stuff but really you need to consider nailing these 3 things to see progress in the gym:

- Consistency
- Intensity
- Recovery

Nail all of those and I guarantee you’ll see progress

Upgrades!

We are a smaller facility but boy do we pack a punch! Raising the height of the ceiling in our cardio room and adding in a stairmaster.

We are also listening to members and trying to improve their experience! Always striving to provide a service like no other.

Shoutout to for sorting us out! Anyone after joinery work, give him a shout. Boys were top notch. Now for a lick of paint (when I get a chance😂)

Member Notice❗️

As we always do, we’re continually improving the gym. This means there will be a slight disruption tomorrow as the cardio room ceiling is raised. We appreciate this might cause an inconvenience in the short term, however will allow us to get our new stairmaster up and running.
