My client James has made some huge progress over the past year since we started working together, from feeling out of sorts, unfit and demotivated, to now being in the best shape of his life competing in multiple .uk and making big improvements between each event. Here’s what he had to say below ⬇️
“I’ve been working with Niki for the last 11 months, after a few months I asked if he would be keen in coaching me towards doing Hybrid/Hyrox training and the results speak for themselves. We ended up smashing this programme, and it was the most enjoyable block of training I’ve ever done, it pushed me to the limits and beyond.
If someone told me that I’d be able to deadlift 200kgs and also run a sub 47 10k I’d have laughed, but with the fuel and training Niki advised me with, these were the results. In the end up we were able to fuel my body with around 3000 cals a day and whilst maintaining weight, and this was alongside going for meals with family, holidays and date nights, which was unreal. I did a solo Hybrid and my time was around 1 hour 30 with a few penalties, 4 months later I smashed a pairs in a little over an hour which is incredible.
For anyone having thoughts of joining Niki no matter what sport you’re doing I’d 1 million percent advise working with him! This hasn’t only helped me with fitness, but my mental health and feeling better day to day ticking the boxes off!”
