SATURDAY 27th JUNE 2026 - WE'RE AT THE PUMP TRACK

We thought we would be low in coach numbers this week but we've just got enough to allow us to host one last session before the summer holidays and we will be at the pump track! Meet for a 10am start with the younger riders aiming to finish around 11 and coaching/supervised riding finishing no later than 11:30am

After this weekend we will break for the summer holidays!

At our session on Saturday you may have noticed a rather delightful selection of sweeties (before certain coaches discovered they were there!!!!) which Coach Vicky kindly gifted to the club and which we're supplied Lewis's mum and I'll think you will agree they were a lovely selection so if you liked what you saw, why not check out the page of House of Lowry and see if they can help you out with a fantastic gift idea or some goodies for your events or, given we are a sports club, if you need fuel for your long bike rides!!

Today we hosted our almost the end of term fun session (we may have one last session at the pump track next week, watch this space!!!) under blue skies and sunshine which was our usual obstacle course and hit dogs! All riders had fun and it really is great for us to see how everyone has progressed at the end of the term as well as seeing everyone having some sort of chaotic fun!!! We also celebrated young Fergus' birthday today so there was plenty of cake for everyone!

Congratulations to our good friends and series sponsors Rowan Glen who won best yoghurts at the Royal Highland Show! As we've sampled many of their products at our races we can safely say there was never any doubt!! Makes you fair proud when a local company does well! 😁

SATURDAY 20th JUNE - FUN SESSION AT THE PAVILION

Thanks to all who have ordered hot dogs for Saturday, if anyone has forgotten or missed out, there will be spares so don't panic!

We are meeting for a 10am start on Saturday and as it is the fine session, we will finish at 11:30am for all riders but if you need to leave early for whatever reason, please do!

Remember that the Annan Harbour Farmers and Producers Market is on down the harbour this Saturday too so an ideal way to round off your Saturday morning!!!

Remember to get your hotdog orders in for Saturday if you haven't already - parents are more than welcome to have some too so don't be shy! We might even provide teas and coffees if you want!!! 😁

SATURDAY 20th JUNE - FUN SESSION WITH HOT DOGS - GET YOUR ORDERS IN!!!

We're almost at the end of term and whilst we normally have our fun session on the last session before the holidays, we are moving it a week early due to coach availability (we'll confirm if it is the last session as soon as we can!!!!) so, we need your order for hot dogs so we can get them ordered! Please let us know no later than Thursday tea time! As always, adults are more than welcome to put in an order too and if anyone has any allergies, please let us know!!

Only yesterday we were wondering how AJ has so much energy and to be honest, we are delighted that he has. Today he took part in the UCI Pump Track World Championship UK Qualifier in Dalbeattie and managed to secure a 4th place meaning he has qualified for the Pump Track World Youth Challenge and he'll be off to Sweden in August along with his pit crew and team management! Well done AJ.

As we come to the end of term things are a wee bit more relaxed so today our older riders had and extended session of playing warm up games, practicing trackstands and some jumps and our younger riders were working on gears!
