Our Wednesday morning older adults session (ages 60+) done right 🥊 boxing and gym to start, then tea, biscuits and a wee social to finish 😁 we currently have 7 members in our older adults class with 3 spaces left. For more information contact the page or 07722130767.

First session starting Wednesday 3rd of May. If everyone could give the page and this post a like and a share it would be a big help in spreading the word.

You can pop in anytime between 9am-9:40am to get weighed with the option of a short 15 minute exercise class suited for all levels, starting at 9:40am. £5 drop in, no memberships required.

The class will be held at the Southwest Boxing Gym located on 79 New Abbey Road, DG2 7LA, every Wednesday morning 9am-9:55am.

🥊 Older Adults Boxing Classes 🥊

It will be coming up to a year since we started our over 60s boxing classes and what an amazing class it is to coach. The progress made by each member has been amazing.

Boxing is an enjoyable form of training that is ideal for everyone including older adults. Everything is work at your own pace, and there is a good mix of strength, cardio and impact training, which is ideal for strengthening the joints and helping to prevent any muscle and joint degeneration 💪🏼

The classes are designed for older adults and last 45 minutes. In the classes we do a mix of boxing training, strengthening in the gym and mobilisation 🥊

Classes are held at Southwest Boxing, 79 New Abbey Road, DG2 7LA, and run from 10:00 - 10:45 every wednesday morning. Your first session is free so why not pop along and give it a try, you can either pop along for a free trial session or send us a message if you would like more information. Ross.
