Cold fury kickboxing academy ..... now have space in their mini classes which are aged 5 to 8 on a Tuesday at 4.30 ....if you would like a space for your child please drop me a message 💪

Hello everyone, so where do I start ....
The dumfries martial arts and fitness centre has had a bit or a revamp since lockdown....

We have a much bigger matted area....

We have 4/5 new punch bags free standing and hanging .....

We have large crash mats for self defence throws etc ...

And (....drum roll.....) an extra room with a boxing ring YES a boxing ring .....

Please get in touch if you want to know what's happening and when and if you would like to come to our classes...were a friendly bunch not as scary as you may think ....who knows you might enjoy yourself ....
