As my clients are now all aware, I thought I would put a wee post up, I am stopping PT at the end of September this is due to a change of career☺️. This means I am now no longer accepting new clients.
I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported my business and have kept me busy🥰
I will still be using this account to be posting my own fitness journey💪🏼

Again I would like to thank everyone in supporting me, I did not think for a second I would ever become self employed! It has been an amazing journey meeting and getting to know all my client! Even though I am super excited for my new career, I will miss everyone! But don’t worry, I will still be going to the gym so I hope to see everyone there🧡🧡

I need 6 girls who are keen to get started in transforming your lower body🍑

This program will run on Mondays at 6:30am and Thursday 6:30am.
This program will start the 15th January and will end 8th February!

What does this involve?
- 2 sessions a week for 4 weeks that will target your legs and glutes! As well as some core workout at the end of each session. (You can also just come one session a week).
- WhatsApp group to keep everyone accountable.
- Nutritional guidance (if needed)
- Weigh ins/measurements at the start of the programs and the end (if needed)
- Support and guidance throughout the program

Starting the 15th of January for 6 weeks!

A full body workout which will include weight based exercises, some boxing and core work! If the gym is something you are hoping to start up with but not sure what to do then this is the best way to do it!

What will this group include?
- nutritional guidance (if needed)
- Support and guidance throughout the program.
- A WhatsApp group with all clients.
- Weigh ins and measurements at the start of the program and at the end (if needed)
- 2 full body days (Mondays 8am and Wednesday 8am)

Today was a day where I sat outside the gym debating whether to go home or not.. my motivation was an all time low and I was tired.
I sat in the car for a good 10/15 mins wishing I bought a monster for a wee boost and laying out the pros n cons of leaving to go home.
I eventually made myself get out the car and go and train which was the best decision I could have made! I had the best hamstring and glute workout and my mood instantly changed from being unmotivated and tired to energised and happy!
I say to all my clients one of the hardest parts of the gym is actually motivating yourself to get through the doors, once your in and done your warm up you are raring to go💪🏼

The gym is such a great place to lift your mood and to destress! If you’re unsure what to do at the gym and would like to start now or in the new year, I still have some spaces left for 1-1 or 2-1 PT. Give me a wee message for more details or to get booked in🧡

As Christmas is approaching some people may be finding that the small voices in their head are coming back. This could be due to everyone eating and drinking a lot more, not having as much time to go to the gym or do a class which they usually do- this can be such a scary thought for some people. The guilt starts to come in which then can sometimes lead to your mood being down.

This time of year, is one of the most popular time to eat more than you should, to drink more than you should and to spend more time with family and friends. Doing this ISN’T going to ruin your progress that you have achieved, taking time off the gym ISN’T going to make all your gains disappear- it will actually do you the world of good as this will help your body recover/ rest which then will let you push yourself more when your back at it.

However it is still a scary thought eating more and working out less so here is some tips to try and help you through the last few weeks of this year:
- Get out for a wee walk throughout the festive period if you’re unable to get to the gym, this will help you get moving and clear your head of any negative thoughts.
- Spend more time with your friends and family. If you know that you can get quite down at this time of year due to maybe the fear of eating a lot more than usual or not working out as much, try and be with your friends and family more as this will help push any ‘guilty’ feelings you may have/ get (even though there’s nothing to feel guilty for)
- Have a goal set up for when you’re able to get back to the gym, write down a plan that you will be doing when you’re back into a routine.
- And most importantly enjoy yourself! I know how hard it can be but we are only here once, don’t let those little voices in your head ruin your time at Christmas! You can get back to it once the craziness stops🧡
