A huge good luck to Coach Nathaniel, Dana and Rachel who are taking part in the Pretty Muddy 5K to raise money for Cancer Research UK.

Cancer affects so many families, and this is a fantastic cause that means a lot to many people.

We offer a range of classes for all ages 5+. First sessions is free so why not pop along and give one of our classes a go.

All sparring and contact is optional, you can get along and learn to box, improve your strength and fitness with no contact, working and progressing at a comfortable pace.

Gym open times are available for all members age 13+. Gym membership included in all memberships 🏋‍♂️
