We are so excited and proud to announce that our wonderful Musical Theatre teacher Miss Nadine McDonald has been shortlisted for Best Youth Choreographer at the Scottish Theatre awards 🤩👏🎭

This week we bid our lovely Ellen a fond farewell as she heads off to Glasgow tomorrow to follow her dreams 💖

Here is what she had to say about her time at DSoD.

After taking a year out after leaving school
I am now going to Glasgow University to study Bachelor of Dental Surgery.
I’ll miss DSoD so much and have made many great memories and friends here. It’s always been a fun & caring environment that has nurtured my love of dance and given me lifelong friends.
The teachers are warm, funny, and were always there for me.
The lessons and qualities I learnt at DSoD will always be with me and will help me as I move onto University. I’ll miss my DSoD family lots and wish everyone the best 💜

Our gorgeous girls Isabella, Kacee and Chloe performed beautifully in Triumphing, Furies, Sailors and the witches for the Dido and Aeneas concert last month ♥️ Well done girls 🩰🌟 ###

Massive congratulations to Scottish examiner Karen Gage as she retires from examining for the RAD after 56 years- what an incredible number of years! Karen was also the former owner and Principal of Dansarena, Ayr.
