We’ve got an exciting schedule running throughout the summer, packed with sessions to help you stay strong, active and motivated over the next 6 weeks of summer, from Monday 6th July to Friday 15th August.🥳💪🏼

💥Progressive Strength - structured sessions designed to help you build strength and confidence week by week.
💥Hybrid Functional Workouts - high energy training suitable for all abilities.
💥Core - targeted sessions to improve your strength, stability and overall performance.
💥Power + - held one Saturday per month (keep an eye on the page for details) - your chance to experience Strongman/Strongwoman-style training in a fun and supportive environment.🏋🏻‍♀️

All sessions are available to book and attend on a PAYG basis, with bookings made through the Clubright booking system. 🔗 in bio.

If you’ve been thinking about giving Strongman a go then this is your chance. Designed specifically for genuine first timers and beginners, this competition is all about challenging yourself, having fun, and being part of an incredible supportive atmosphere.

⚠️Spaces are STRICTLY LIMITED to just 10 athletes per category, so be quick if you want to secure your place💪🏼

🔥CORE’S STRONGEST🏋🏻‍♀️is for genuine FIRST TIMERS and BEGINNER strongman athletes. We do not want trophy hunters entering simply to collect an easy win. If the advertised weights and events are not going to genuinely challenge you, please leave these spaces for those who are new to the sport and looking for their first competition experience.

Our goal is to help grow Strongman, build confidence, and give newcomers a fantastic first taste of competing.
