Supporting mental wellbeing is already part of equestrian life — but knowing how to begin a safe, supportive conversation can make a real difference.

Join Equi-Scotia Director & Trainer Jo Wood for our Qualifications Scotland & Ofqual Accredited First Aid for Mental Health Certificate evening classes on 3rd & 4th June.

These friendly, practical sessions will help you:
✨ Recognise the signs someone may be struggling
✨ Build confidence in starting supportive conversations
✨ Understand how to respond appropriately
✨ Learn the importance of self-care too

Because looking after ourselves and each other is just as important as caring for our horses.

Due to horse injury we have a space available in our Richard Telford& Olivia Wilmot Day Camp

It is on the 28th May & the space is for a 80/90cm group

Alternatively we can sell off the lessons with the instructors separately if you only want a flatwork or a jumping lesson
