Companionship might sound like something so simple, but for someone who spends a lot of time alone, it can mean absolutely everything.🫶🏼

It’s having someone to sit with over a cup of tea.
Someone to listen to the stories they’ve told a hundred times.
Someone to laugh with, have a wee blether with, or simply sit beside when words aren’t needed.💜

Loneliness can be very quiet. It can be an empty house, a long day, or realising you haven’t spoken to anyone for hours.🫶🏼

But sometimes, one person showing up can change the whole feel of someone’s day. 💜

For me, companionship has never been about simply filling time. It’s about connection, kindness, listening and making someone feel valued.🫶🏼

Because sometimes a little bit of your time can make a very big difference to someone else. 💜

In the summer GRFA had a transformation..

Actually looking back at the old facility it’s quite embarrassing, but looking at the new and massively improved centre it’s brilliant to see, we still are always trying to improve the facilities at GRFA to help improve player experiences when they train with us ⚽️⚽️⚽️
