A safe, effective and fun workout in the great outdoors! Buggy Mums is a tailored workout for postnatal women and a great first step back into exercising.
The workout is designed with the postnatal body in mind to gradually strengthen and build fitness safely. Tailored for your specific needs whether you’re a new mum just starting out or you are a restored mum looking for an uplifting workout.
What do we do?

🩵 Exercising with and without buggy
🩵 Body weight exercise
🩵 Mini circuits
🩵 Resistance band work
🩵 Functional strength training( the kind of
training that makes every day mum life easier)

Each week is a new varied workout to keep it fun, exciting and new to avoid boredom.
