New beginners classes
For people who have never tried pole before or have very limited pole experience, these are the perfect classes for you to learn all the fundamentals of pole. It is a great introduction to pole for you to see if you like it and to start working on those muscles from day one. Upper beginners classes
These classes are the next step up from the new beginner’s clas
ses. In this class we will learn upper beginners moves and spins, as well as stepping up conditioning to get you ready for intermediate pole moves. Pole flow
These classes work on linking moves together to music as a routine, excellent cardio. Routines will be to all different types of music so there is something for everyone. This type of class can only be run as a private. Mixed ability
Based at upper beginner to intermediate level. This class will be adapted to fit the people in the class. Pole flow in heels
The same as pole flow but wearing heels. Heels make the class even tougher which is great for cardio and for those leg muscles. Specific pole shoes are not needed, you just need heels with an ankle strap or made so they don’t easily fall off. From sensual to sexy, these classes are great for escaping inhibitions, trying something new and having fun, all at the same time. Pole flow off the pole - with or without heels
Unfortunately due to our insurance we can not accept students under the age of 18. All new students will be asked to complete a risk assessment and health and safety form before their first class. Pricing
