For everyone else, I actually had fun fixing this old machine up, and now it's as good as new! Enjoy! 😛

If you haven't been to Primal before. It's a gym full of old-school machines that have been fully restored by myself and stand the true test of time. Some machines are older than me, those where the type of machines I saw in gym when i was growing up and I decided a long time ago I wanted my gym to be the same.

My friend recently underwent racial abuse on his social media. 😔

Instead of lowering himself to the ignorant individual's level, he acted like a truly grounded man. And educated the small mind of this ignorant individual. 👊

I think it was a fantastic way of handling negative abuse on social media. Well done, for staying true to who you are! 👏
