Message from the gaffa.

This message isn't for sadness or anything like that but on the end of January I lost my dad suddenly and it broke me and my family pieces.
I never really knew how important a grassroots team can be soo important to people until you need them the most to keep you going.

This is a massive shout out to all the parents from our club who all put money together to help pay for the funeral and also some flowers.
As a manager you always hope you get decent parents but I feel the luckiest manager in the world because all the parents are like family we get together to help anyone who needs it even outside if the club if necessary.

Me and my family are very grateful to be apart of this club from where we started to now it's completely different in all good ways.

Also a massive shout out to my coach mike who stepped up in training even though I was there I wasn't there fully and he certainly stepped up and the kids loved it.

Grassroots isn't just about football its about making memories and cresting families that will be together for years to come.

Calling on all businesses!
Here we have a football card, with a twist!

AFC Gornal North are trying to raise some funds to help towards getting our boys some winter training gear:
For example: coats, waterproof hoodies, hats etc…

We are asking for businesses to take part in our football card this year.

This will involve a football scratch card, where your business would choose a team, and when the winning team is revealed, If your team happens to be the winner, your logo of your business will be printed on these items of clothing.

Teams are going to be £20 each. But with this small contribution, you will be making a massive difference.

So why not try your luck!

Another great performance today from the lads today.

They started with gornal being very dominant, showing our qualities as a team and individuals wether we was building from the back or counter attacking to get forward.

Well done to our man of the match ellis who who put in a absolute blinder of a performance today with a couple of assists and bagged a worldie of a goal aswell👏🏆
