The girls train and play in all sorts of weather throughout the season, so we’d love to get them properly kitted out with matching rain jackets to keep them warm and dry! 🌧️

💜🖤 ONE CLUB, TWO GREAT TEAMS! 🖤💜

Gornal DC Raiders faced Gornal DC United today in a fantastic inter-club friendly! ⚽👏

It was the Raiders’ first ever experience playing 7v7 and, with just one substitute available, it was a great test for the team. The players certainly didn’t disappoint! 💪

United provided a brilliant challenge — a big, strong side who also played some excellent football throughout. It was great to see the Raiders embrace the challenge, never shy away from the physical side of the game and really get stuck in. 🔥⚽

Both teams produced some brilliant football and made it a really exciting game to watch. Days like today show just how lucky we are to have so many fantastic teams and players throughout Gornal DC. 💜🖤

💜⚽ TWO GORNAL DC GIRLS TEAMS, ONE GREAT GAME! ⚽💜

A brilliant friendly today as two of our own Gornal DC girls teams went head-to-head! A great opportunity for both teams to get valuable minutes, work on their football and enjoy a competitive game together. 💜🖤

⚽ GORNAL DC U10 GIRLS

A fantastic performance from our U10 Girls against a strong, physical and very well-drilled team! 👏

The girls worked incredibly hard throughout, kept battling right until the final whistle and showed plenty of positives to take forward. They were unlucky not to get themselves a goal, while our keeper produced some cracking saves! 🧤🔥

It was also a special day for two players making their debuts! 🌟

👏 New signing LY played her first EVER football match and did really well. A fantastic start, and we’re sure she’ll be a great addition to the team!

👏 Trialist IK also made her debut and put in a brilliant performance as she potentially looks to make the move across from Kewford.

For our other girls, this was their first game in around six weeks – but you really wouldn’t have known it! 🔥

They were straight back at it from the first whistle, moving the ball around really well and working incredibly hard against a determined U10 side.

Some fantastic football on display and a brilliant way to get back into match action! 👏⚽

💜🖤 GREAT BATTLE FROM OUR U13 GIRLS! 🖤💜

A really entertaining end-to-end game against Worcester this morning! ⚽️👏

The girls put in a strong performance, showing some brilliant passing, tough tackling and plenty of determination throughout the game. There was some really good football on display and lots of positives to take away. 💪

The final 15 minutes became a little sloppy and disjointed, giving us plenty to work on and learn from as we continue developing as a team.

What a morning for the Dynamos as the boys played their first ever league game together as a team! 👏⚽️

The boys put in a fantastic performance from start to finish, playing some brilliant football across the pitch and creating chance after chance. Their teamwork, confidence and togetherness really showed just how far this group has come over the last few months. 💪💜🖤

Our U15’s are all ready for their day out at Alton Towers today, celebrating their fantastic league win! 🏆🙌🏻

A well-deserved day of fun for the team after all their hard work throughout the season. Enjoy every minute, girls! 🎢🔥

💜🖤 WHAT A BATTLING PERFORMANCE, GIRLS! 🖤💜

A superb performance this evening against a physical and very well-organised side! ⚽👏

The girls were absolutely brilliant from the first minute to the last. They played with confidence, passed the ball really well, created some great chances and defended solidly together as a team. 💪

Right at the end, they came so close to getting the equaliser that their performance deserved! Their second goal came from a huge deflection which left EC with absolutely no chance, but the girls didn’t let it knock them. They kept battling and fighting right until the final whistle. 🔥👏
