Looking for a fun, safe way for your child to build confidence, discipline, fitness, and self-defence skills?
Our kids kickboxing classes are open to ages 4–16, led by experienced instructors in a positive, supportive environment.

📅 Class Times:
• Mondays: 4:30pm – 6:00pm
• Tuesdays: 4:30pm – 6:00pm
• Saturdays: 10:00am – 12:00pm
