Superb to get down for a catch up and push session this morning..

Its so cool to coach someone like Danny, when his interest is super high and desire to learn you can literally unload and talk for hours about all sorts.
•
Here we were working on the arm path for db pressing, some slight adaptations works for a better chest engagement and some impressive lifts..
•
Danny’s back ground is strong man and powerlifting so this training dynamic is very new to him, however with his application and genuine interest to learn he’s flying.
•
I will get him fully on this bodybuilding life one day 👀
