Hello, our club GOR has some membership open spaces for next season 2025.
We are based in the West Midlands fishing on some great venues every year; please see the list below.
14 matches each season, 1 doubles, 1 rod only and 1 silver+F1 only.
Membership is £ 65 for the season, and it must be paid when joining.
Each match adds a touch of competition with a flat £10 peg fee.
On the match day, we charge £5 and from this, we will pay the winner and 2 sections.We also aim to raise some funds through some external applications in order to increase daily prize contributing to the overall excitement and engagement among participants.
£5 each match contribution will raise funds for League and Golden Peg, must pay for 14 matches to participate.From this
£1 goes to Golden Peg and £ 4 End-of-Season League prize for the first 3 places.Shadow League will be set halfway through season for the half lower league places, first 2 places will be paid a prize.
League places are calculated using the points system, winner on match gets 10 points , 2nd 9 points, and so on. Everyone attending the match gets 1 point. You can drop one match ( worse result or due to missing the match).

Hello all, the club has 4 open spaces for next season.
We are based in the West Mids and will have some great venues next year; see the list below.
Membership is £195 for the season, which covers the 14 matches in the league. £ 65 must be paid when joining, and the rest must be paid by April 1, 2025.
£5 pool per match, this will pay the winner and 2 sections every match.
Optional £5 per match; this will be split into £1 Golden Peg £ 4 End-of-Season League prize for the first 5 places. End-of-Season League payments are 400£ 1st place, 250£ 2nd, 150£ 3rd, 100£ 4th, and 5th. Based on 18 anglers.
League places are calculated using the points system.

Gods of Rods 2023 League End.
Big thank you 🙏🙏🙏 to all members for making this possible, some great memories, tight matches and last minute score changes in League Table.
Above all this, I have to mention the GREAT 💥💥💥team we have grown in for the last 2 years, since we started this club.Can't believe how fast this season has gone , already itching for next season, when we will have even better venues.
Next year will do a Charity club vs club match with another 3 clubs, can't wait to tell you all details.

Saturday, 30/09, Match 13 of the 2023 League at Woodlands View on Arles. Unfortunately, it was a hard day in "the office." as the fish didn't want to cooperate too well. The whole team really put an effort to land them in; watched some nice doubles coming out that requested a good effort to net them, but more were lost just before the tip of the net, than the ones landed due to the size. However, despite the League pressure, we all enjoyed the day and had a good laugh. With just a match left, 7 🎣🎣 anglers are fighting for the last 3 positions, which will have an end-of-league prize.

The next match is the final match of this year's League. Then, we prepare for some knock-ups. Next year, which will be even better venues, we expect a great League🔥🔥🔥.

Unfortunately, in the last period, I have neglected this page for various reasons, even if this shouldn't be an excuse when you are committed to something. I will put more effort into this page and keep it updated with what we do. Keep tight. Great things will happen, 🎣🎣🎣🎣🎣🎣🎣
