Undereating can hold you back in the gym more than you think. As a personal trainer, Remind yourself that your body needs enough fuel to perform, recover, and build muscle. If you’re not eating enough, you’ll feel tired, get weaker, and struggle to see progress. Food is not the enemy it’s what helps you reach your goals.

Overeating can also slow down your progress in the gym, too much can lead to unwanted fat gain and low energy levels. It’s about balance, eating enough to support your training, but not so much that it works against your goals.
