It’s been a struggle but now it’s comeback time for myself and others.

If you follow my other channel on Instagram or other platforms, you may have seen that I had a small stroke back in October 2024 along with a herniated L4/5 disc.

Recovery is a long road but strength and conditioning with a strong mindset is the key.

I’m here using my skills and knowledge to aid not only my own recovery but others too both as a Strength and Conditioning Coach but also as a recently certified Life/Business Coach.
