So Melv went out on another carp session yesterday and had a Mirror and a Bream. It a sign the venues are waking up if carp am coming out here. Now I need to find the time to go 🎣🎣🎣

Doubles only. Nath’s 17 and half, mine and Melv’s around 10 and half. Not a bad start to the carp season, but it was hard work 😂🤣😂 🎣🎣🎣

Nath been out on the river and had a Chub, he had a few bites while I was there, but river is racing through. Everyone was on it this weekend, only the dangerous pegs left, that’s fishing close to closed season. Try and get another sesh 💪🎣🎣🎣

Nath and Melv been out with the Carp gear, I took a Perch rod over this afternoon. It was like fishing chocolate water, Melv bagged two big Bream and that was it 🎣🎣🎣

Me and Melv both had a Pike each, Nath nearly had a Jack 🤨😉 We tried a couple venues and found the sandy canal hard going and decided to get back early for dinner 🎣🎣🎣
