For all the ladies living in and around Drymen (Loch Lomond area), I will now be offering pay as you go (£30) 45-60 minute personal training sessions 💪based at The Buchanan Arms Leisure Club.

This will be open to individuals aged 17 and above. It doesn’t matter whether you have never been in a gym or used weights before. There is a start to everything in life so let’s make this one a priority for the long term benefits 🫶🏻we are strong and it’s time to start showing it 🤍
