School Run Boot Camp

School Run Boot Camp School Run Boot Camp is an outdoor exercise class using predominantly own body weight exercises.

This is an outdoor exercise class accommodating all ages and levels of fitness. Come and exercise straight from the school run in a fun and friendly environment. The class has a mixture of cardio, abs and muscular strength exercises with adaptations to suit all.

Leann is running the Great North Run in September & raising money for St Lukes Hospice. 👏

She and Gilly are also hosting a CAKE SALE!!! With all donations going to St Lukes.
I know you bootcampers like cake!!! 🍰🧁🎂😊

The sale is this Sunday 5th July 1-3pm at Gillys and all you beautiful bootcampers are welcome.

If you would like to make a donation but can not make the sale please bring it along to bootcamp and I'll make sure it gets back to Leann. 💜
