🏆 We’re absolutely delighted to share that the Dronfield 10K has been awarded a Civic Award!

This recognition from Dronfield Civic Society means a great deal to us because the event is built entirely on community spirit - from our incredible volunteers and marshals, to the runners, supporters, local residents and partner organisations who help make race day possible. This award truly belongs to everyone who plays a part in bringing the event to life each year and making it the success that it is.

A special thank you goes to Saxton Mee Dronfield, our main and generous sponsor for the past three years. Their continued support has helped the event grow, improve and remain accessible as a community celebration for all.

At its heart, the Dronfield 10k and fun run exists to raise vital funds for the 7th Dronfield Scout Group and other local charities, while bringing people together in a positive and energetic way. We’re proud that this purpose and the hard work of the organising race committee has been recognised.

The Saxton Mee Dronfield 10K is an event organised completely by volunteers, solely to raise funds for charities including the 7th Dronfield Scout Group and other local groups and causes.
