After over a year on maternity leave, my specialist Pre Natal Fitness Programme is finally back this June 🀰🏻

Designed to help you stay active safely throughout pregnancy, these classes combine strength, mobility and low-impact cardio to support your body, ease common aches and pains, and prepare you for birth and recovery.

Safe from 13–38 weeks and suitable for all fitness levels. No need to be a regular exerciser.

What to expect:
🀰🏽 Pregnancy-safe strength training
🀰🏽 Low Impact Cardio
🀰🏽 Core and pelvic floor work
🀰🏽 Mobility and breathwork
🀰🏽 A relaxed, supportive space with other mums-to-be

My next evening block starts Monday 8th June and I only have ONE space available 🀍

Designed for mums who are ready to prioritise themselves again, these sessions focus on building strength, improving fitness and helping you feel confident in your body again after having children, no matter how long ago.

Expect full body strength training, adaptable low/high impact cardio, progressive workouts and a really supportive environment with other mums all on a similar journey.

Baby’s in bed, workout done, the rest of the evening is yours πŸ™Œ

My next Strong Mama & Baby Programme starts Monday 8th June and after such a lovely first block, I’m so excited to open the next one πŸ’ͺ

This class is designed for mums who feel ready to move beyond postnatal recovery and start building strength again, with baby by your side.

A step on from early postnatal rehab, these sessions focus on full body strength, low-impact cardio and progressive workouts to help you feel stronger, fitter and more confident in your body again.

Expect:
β€’ Full body strength training
β€’ Core-focused programming
β€’ Low-impact cardio
β€’ Progressive weekly workouts
β€’ A supportive, baby-friendly space

Ready to take the next step in your fitness journey after having a baby? πŸ’ͺ

My Strong Mama & Baby 6 Week Programme is designed for postnatal mums who are ready to build strength, improve fitness and feel confident in their bodies again.

This class is perfect for mums from around 3 months postnatal onwards, including those who have completed the 12 Week Post Natal Recovery Programme and want to continue progressing.

What you’ll gain:
✨ Full-body strength and functional fitness
✨ Improved core and pelvic floor stability
✨ Increased energy, confidence and overall fitness
✨ A supportive space to connect with other local mums

Each class includes a warm-up, strength or cardio focus and cool-down, using resistance equipment and adaptable intensity options so you can work at a level that feels right for you.

πŸ‘Ά Babies and toddlers are welcome, but you’re also very welcome to come on your own if you prefer.

Need to know:

Maternity leave update πŸ‘ΆπŸ»

I can’t believe it’s September already! We’ve been quietly enjoying the chaos of the 6-week holidays, and while I’ve gained a few wrinkles and some obvious bags under my eyes, I wouldn’t change it for the world. Marcelo is 14 weeks tomorrow, and the boys are heading back to school next week to start Juniors and Year 1. I’ve decided to take the rest of this year off to focus on my lovely little family, with plans to run a few walks and socials in the coming months, and then resume classes between March and April next yearβ€”though it might happen sooner. I have many exciting plans for my return, but right now, I am simply loving being a mummy to 3 gorgeous little chaps. I miss you all so much!
