Today's office had one of the best views in Belfast, but the real focus was what happened around the table.
I was delivering AKU Training's Navigating Challenging Conversations programme for a major IT client, exploring three types of conversations that shape workplace culture:

Drawing on the work of Sheila Heen, Dr Adam Grant and Dr Andrew Huberman, we were examining why difficult conversations often feel difficult, how feedback can become a tool for growth rather than threat and how curiosity, listening and psychological safety can help us communicate more effectively.
A day of practical discussion, reflection and skill-building.
