Huge congratulations to Tom & his buddy who took on the Deadly Dozen World Championships today! 💪🏻👍🏻

The Deadly Dozen Track Race was born out of a desire to bring something new to the fitness world – a race that was accessible, challenging, and fun, with one standard for everyone.

It wasn’t about elite athletes or complex, expensive equipment. It was about testing endurance and strength with simple, universal movements that anyone could do.

Whether you’re running 400m or carrying a weight, every athlete stands on the same starting line, racing to push their limits.

The boys completed movements like farmers carries, bear crawls, overhead weight plate carries & runs + so much more 😅

The boys did phenomenally well. Great work Tom 💪🏻👍🏻💥🔥🫶
