🇬🇧 ROB'S WATCH IS NOW OPEN FOR REFERRALS 🇬🇧
Do you, or someone you care about, live with the effects of PTSD, trauma, repeated blast exposure, or possible Mild Traumatic Brain Injury (mTBI)?
Rob's Watch is now accepting both professional referrals and self referrals from across the UK.
Through our partnership with Small Talk Counselling, we are able to offer FREE one to one counselling sessions, either online or face to face where available, for members of the Armed Forces Community aged 12 years and over.
This support is available to:
✔ Veterans
✔ Serving Personnel
✔ Reservists
✔ Family Members
✔ Carers
✔ Bereaved Families
You do not need a diagnosis to access support.
Many people can wait months, and sometimes years, for appointments with psychologists, therapists, or specialist services. Rob's Watch has been designed to provide support during that journey, helping individuals and families stay connected, informed, and supported while waiting for assessments or treatment.
If you are not yet in the system and are unsure where to start, we can help you understand your options, access the right services, and provide warm referrals where appropriate.
Support is available whether you are personally affected or supporting a loved one living with PTSD, trauma, or possible mTBI.
