12:30 Athlete Registration
12:40 Athlete Briefing
13:00 Heat 1 starts
15:00 Podiums

All athletes please be there by 12:30 👍

Looking like:

Heat 1: 13:00 (solo)
Heat 2: 13:22 (F & Mix Pairs)
Heat 3: 13:44 (M Pairs)
Podiums: 15:00 (approx)
