Tonight’s gentle Yin practice is an invitation to soften, slow down, releasing the weight of the week. With long-held, nourishing postures and mindful breath, we’ll create space in the body, ease tension held deep in the muscles and connective tissues, and allow the nervous system.
As we move toward the weekend, this class offers time to reconnect; letting go of busyness, quieting the mind, and restoring the energy from the inside out.
