Keeping fit and having a positive attitude in life keeps the heart and body healthy and youthful. Life becomes so busy as each year passes by and taking time out to look after your own health becomes harder. Through my experience in fitness and motivation together we can tweak a few things depending on your goals to get the results or changes that will improve your health and well been. I don’t make getting fit and healthy uncomfortable I will make it enjoyable and give you confidence in yourself.

Nice to get messages like this. No drastic diet, just enjoyable hard work and a few laughs. I only guide each individual through motivation and sharing my passion and enthusiasm to get results. To me it’s all about a positive attitude and changing ones mindset, the results follow and it’s like a domino effect.
Feel good, look good but most importantly of all feeling fantastic about yourself .

Exercise and been healthy helps you have a positive outlook that helps us to deal with how we cope with every day challenges and situations.
Been confident in yourself is the fundamental foundation of ones own life and ambitions.

Had a really rewarding session today with my first client. Jon was a very fit boxing coach but recently he’s neglected exercise. He’s back at it now and I can see the positive side of him exploding back out. Very hard working, looking forward to posting his progress pics over the coming week.

Don’t think it do it. I achieved this without fancy dieting just moderation and just one hour a day putting some effort in. Whatever your goals, exercising regularly will improve your mood, your health and how you see yourself.

52 years old and still mixing it and having a laugh with people half my age.

It has been my passion since I was 15 yrs old when I suffered from low confidence. Feeling good about myself has enabled me to run successful businesses and moulding me into the person I am today.

Hi and welcome to my new page.

Having been asked on numerous occasions regarding advice about training and loosing a few pounds I have decided to offer one on one training sessions.

I have vast experience over 30 years pushing myself to achieve personal goals and putting them into practice. I am extremely positive,very approachable and have a bubbly personality.

If you would like to build some muscle, get fit or loose some unwanted pounds in weight I can help you achieve that. I can also work through my motivational skills on improving ones confidence and self esteem.

I know for some people it’s a big step to even walk into a gym. I am sure after your first session with myself it will have been just a small step.
