We had a visit from the Beverley Rotary Club this week for a Have a Go session.

After some instruction and practice, we had a little competition involving scoring and balloons. It did get a quite competitive!

It was lovely to meet you all and we hope you enjoyed your introduction to archery.

We had a really good time today at the Hutton Cranswick SRA SummerFest.

Thank you to everyone who came to see us, we enjoyed meeting you all.

Today is the Hutton Cranswick SRA Summerfest and we are all set up for our Have A Go.

If you fancy trying archery come and find us. We are on the left towards the bottom of the field. We will be there between 2pm and 4pm.

Thank you to all the Archers who turned out for our Double Clout Weekend.

A good days shooting was had on Saturday despite the challenging conditions. We had a few members enter, with Tony gaining 2nd place in Gents Longbow.👏👏👏

Unfortunately the weather conditions deteriorated, which meant the competition on Sunday had to be cancelled.

Look forward to seeing everyone again next year.

This weekend was the Yorkshire Archery Association Clout Weekend 2025 held at Hutton Cranswick SRA.

Approximately 60 Archers took part each day, shooting a double WA Clout on Saturday and a double one way AGB Clout on the Sunday.

Three of our club members entered.

Well done to everyone who took part, and especially to Danny and Tony who both took home medals.

Sprout Clout 2024

Thank you to all the archers who turned out for our Sprout Clout this year.

Well done to Tony, Les and Paul who took 1st, 2nd and 3rd place respectively.

Distances shot were 100yards / 80yards / 60yards (approximately!) with different variations of scoring on each distance.

The weather was a bit blustery, but there were still some good sprout annihilation shots.

Thanks to Paul for organising and Glen for the catering.

An enjoyable morning was had by all.

Well done to Rachael, Sam and John who all entered the 34th Indoor Portsmouth Archery competition held by Archers of Bridlington & Burton Agnes on Sunday 3rd November.

Rachael took first place in the Lady Recurve category, and Sam took first place in the Gents Longbow category.
