The ladies held one final training session ahead of Sundays 7 a side tournament before they hang up their boots until pre season begins.

All put in a great shift but newcomer Josie showed age was but a number as she impressed to take home Trainer of the Week!

The ladies managed to mostly dodge the showers tonight with a fun session geared towards 7 a side in perperation for an upcoming tournament.
Trainer of the week went to Sammy who returning after a years absence on maternity duty showed she still had the moves!

Our u16s are looking for new players. Brilliant coaches and a direct pathway to our senior team.

Last night we celebrated with our end of season awards.

The whole team has progressed so much this year so it was difficult not to award every single player!

The ladies were back at training to blow off some.cobwebs in the lead up to a 7 a side tournament coming up.
It was a hot and humid night so a simple session to kick off the rust.

Great to see so many smiling faces again!
Everyone put in a real shift but it was Skye who took trainer of the week and not just because she curled a 50 yard shot into a mini flash at the end!!
