Closure notice

After much consideration, we have decided to cancel all Wednesday night coaching sessions for the forseable future. This decision has not been taken lightly and we would like to apologise for any inconveniences caused.

Wednesday nights were Martin’s coaching night and, out of respect, we do not feel it is right to continue these sessions at this time.

As many people are now aware, this week Archery has suffered a great loss with the passing of Martin Holtby. Martin was a great coach, a great mentor and overall a great friend who will be sadly missed. Martin has impacted on the lives of many people within the archery community with his great knowledge and patience for all. All the coaches here at Blackridge owe a great deal to Martin through his mentoring, help, assistance and guidance in everything. Martin will forever be remembered and missed here at Blackridge Archery. Martin, you were a massive part of the Blackridge Team and will be missed by every chuck, wan and matey around. Our thoughts go out to his family and friends.
