Now this transformation is pretty special 🤩
Chloe’s incredible 12 week transformation is something we are so very proud to have played our part in 💚
Working with Chloe was a DREAM, genuinely a pleasure from start to finish. She got the memo right from the start and really ran with it. She never missed a training session, stuck to her nutrition goals every single day (except for 1-2 days which we planned for), boxed off those steps and all the good habits we set. Not to mention she works full time and is the MOST devoted mummy too.
I know it was a worry for Chloe at the start as to how she would find time in her busy schedule to make it work. But she found a way to make it work just like I knew she would. No excuses - she made sacrifices and MADE the time because she wanted this so much!
There’s nothing I love more than helping women feel genuinely good about themselves.
Making time for ourselves too is the best thing we can do. It definitely isn’t about ‘re-discovering ourselves after having a baby it’s more about finding an even stronger, more resilient and determined version of ourselves 💚
The absolute best thing to come out of Chloe’s transformation is not what we can see in those photos though. The best thing is that she found a sustainable, realistic and most importantly a healthy way to find happiness in her own body. No more punishing herself with gruelling exercise regimes and unrealistic, unhealthy eating habits. This for me is the most rewarding thing ever, I can fully relate and I know how it feels to overcome these issues and find a healthy, positive relationship with exercise and food.
Thank you Chloe, you really did give this everything and you are a true inspiration to all of us ladies 🫶🏻
