Well done to all who reached the finals, and a big thanks to all who helped out on the night, Mark Kent, Simon Garwood, James Syme, and Emily Dean, and of course your new League Secretary Simon Clark, thanks also to the Cricket Club and staff for hosting the finals.
A big thank you to all who turned up to the Finals Night and to all who contributed to a whip round for me, it’s very much appreciated
and I will be donating a new Trophy to the league, as soon as Simon has taken stock of all the trophies has been sorted. The League are missing some trophies and would like to ask all Teams, Players & Landlords to check for any trophies which may be hidden away or forgotten about to be returned ASAP.
Moving onto next year’s Winter League, I hope that all teams & players will do their best to help Simon in his new role as League Secretary, it will make his job a lot easier if everyone gets results in on time, and send their cup entries in on time, it all runs a lot smoother when these things are done.
Simon is still waiting on a few more confirmations from teams. Please let Simon know ASAP
The deadline for entries will be the 1st August, any entries after won’t be accepted.
Also any changes to League Rules, please put your proposals in writing to Simon.
