In just two weeks Marie has lost just under 2kg, is exercising 6 x week and regained her love for lifting!
After completing her 2 week free trial, Marie has decided to continue her fitness journey with me. Can’t wait to see her get stronger and closer to her goals. She was a little apprehensive on how online training works, but has smashed her workouts and reached the targets I set her. We are going to continue improving her diet and focus on getting stronger and lifting heavier! 💪
